For the first time, we are offering the option to purchase the hard-bound technical digest separately from the registration prices listed below. One copy of the electronic technical digest will be provided at no additional charge to all registrants. Due to printing deadlines, we are encouraging those who wish to purchase the hard-bound technical digest to do so before July 31, 2008 so they will be available to you at the conference. If ordered after July 31, 2008, the hard-bound technical digest will be shipped to you after the conference for a fee.

Registration payment, in US Dollars, is due upon submission of registration. The registration fee includes an electronic technical digest, welcome reception, breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than September 30, 2008, and will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after that date. A $50.00 fee will be charged for all substitutions.
Tuesday Evening Banquet and Technical Digest Fees
If you wish to purchase banquet tickets, a hard-bound technical digest or an additional electronic technical digest, you may indicate this on your registration form. Please note that your conference registration includes one (1) electronic technical digest, but not banquet tickets or the hard-bound technical digest. The prices for each are as follows:
