Conference Proceedings Preparation Guidelines
- Oral presentations are limited to 15 minutes with an additional 5 minutes allowed for questions and answers (20 minutes total time).
- Poster presentations will be divided into three sessions to facilitate interaction with authors. You will have your poster on display on your scheduled day only.
The Preparation Guidelines includes the instructions for preparing the camera-ready paper for publication in both the hardcopy Proceedings and electronic CD ROM. The abstract reference number you received when submitting your abstract(s) has become your paper reference number throughout the Conference. The website will start accepting your uploaded PDF on June 6. Please read the requirements carefully.
Final manuscript (3 pages - PDF uploaded) is DUE on June 24, 2008, plus another deadline of June 27, for the (8) identical hardcopies and Copyright Form due to the address indicated in the attached Proceedings Preparation Guidelines. Only Adobe Acrobat format PDF will be accepted. All fonts MUST be embedded. Authors not following the submission guidelines may incur additional costs from the printers. The PDF version submitted to the web site MUST be identical to the copies submitted by hardcopy. The hardcopy is used to proof against any printer incompatibility issues that occur when using commercial printers. Hardcopies manuscripts should be stapled in the top left corner. Please include paper reference number on the hardcopy top right corner of paper in PENCIL. Do NOT put paper reference number on the uploaded PDF.
Please note - The 1978 Copyright Law requires that Conferences that publish their papers in the United States obtain copyright transfers in writing from authors prior to publication. This release must be completed and returned with your paper. Failure to return these forms with your camera-ready-copy will preclude publication of your paper. The Copyright Form can be found in the Proceeding Preparation Guidelines.
All presenters are required to register for the Conference before the June 24th manuscript deadline.
